Free Local Search Health Report for clinics in the Austin metro
The Local Search Health Report is a free, scored audit of how patients find your clinic today: your Google Business Profile, your map pack rankings on a geo-grid, your website, your reviews, and what AI assistants say when asked for a clinic like yours. It ends with a 30, 60 and 90-day plan and one recommended price.

What is in the report?
Eleven sections, under 15 pages, written to you rather than to another marketer. Every finding has a consequence and an action. The one-page summary is written so that if you read nothing else, you still know the three things costing you patients.
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| One-page summary | Health score out of 100, three biggest problems in plain language, an opportunity estimate with the math shown, what we propose |
| How patients find you today | Geo-grid maps for 2–3 core searches showing where you appear and where you are invisible; map pack and organic positions |
| Your Google Business Profile | What is missing, side by side with the top competitor |
| Your website | Technical, on-page and speed findings grouped as blocking growth, slowing growth, and nice to have |
| Reviews and reputation | Counts, velocity and recurring themes versus the top three competitors |
| How AI assistants describe you | Screenshots from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode for your services in your city, a table of 10 prompts with named or not named, and the two or three reasons why |
| Competitors | The top three and what they do that you do not |
| The plan | What we would do in the first 30, 60 and 90 days, and monthly after that, with timelines stated plainly |
| Investment | One recommended tier, the setup fee, any add-ons. One page, one number |
| Next steps | How to say yes and what happens in the 10 business days after |
Who should request it?
A clinic owner or practice manager in the Austin metro with a budget in the published range and the authority to act. The report takes real time to do properly, so we do not run it for every enquiry. If you want a lighter first look, the AI visibility check or the Patient Search Demand Report are quicker and need less from you.
Request the report
The form asks the twelve questions the audit needs. None of them concern any patient. It takes about five minutes.
What happens after you submit?
We confirm receipt within one business day, run the audit over about a week, send the PDF, and ask for 20 minutes to walk through the summary page. Then the decision is yours.
- Day 0: you submit the form; we confirm and ask any clarifying question.
- Days 1–5: geo-grid rankings, profile audit, website crawl, schema and content review, citation check, review analysis, AI prompt runs, competitor snapshot.
- Day 5–7: report written, checked and sent as a PDF.
- Walkthrough call, 20 minutes, at a time you pick.
- Proposal valid for 14 days. If you say yes, onboarding starts on payment of the setup fee and first month and takes 10 business days.
Frequently asked questions
What is in the Local Search Health Report?
A health score out of 100, your three biggest problems in plain language, geo-grid maps showing where you rank around your practice, your Google profile compared with the top competitor, website technical and content findings, review counts and velocity versus competitors, what five AI assistants say when asked for a clinic like yours, a competitor table, a 30, 60 and 90-day plan, and one recommended tier with one price.
Is it really free and is there a catch?
It is free. The catch is that it is a sales document: it shows what we found and what we would do, and it ends with a proposal. You can take the findings and do them yourself or with someone else. We ask that you have the budget and the authority to act on it, because the report takes time to do properly.
How long does it take?
About a week from the form to the PDF. We then ask for 20 minutes to walk you through the summary page. The proposal in the report stays valid for 14 days.
Do you need access to my website or Google profile for the report?
No. Everything in the report comes from public sources. Access is only needed if you become a client, and then always as an added manager, never as the owner.
Why do you ask about budget on the form?
So the report recommends a tier you can act on and so nobody spends an hour on a call discovering the numbers do not fit. Prices are published on the pricing page, so you can check them before you fill in the form.
Will you share the report with anyone else?
No. It is sent to you and to the contact you name. We never publish a prospect’s findings, and client results are only shown with permission and anonymised unless you say otherwise. See the privacy policy.
